KFPS studbook stallion Ulbe 506 Sport Elite AA is swapping his stable at Dekstation Henswoude for a place at Extreme Friesians with Joe and Kayla Michielli in Idaho, America. After the Stallion Inspection 2025, the low-related stallion will cross the pond.
Light Tour dressage
The ten-year-old Ulbe 506 now has around 214 offspring, of which seven are Ster mares, a Ster gelding and two Ster stallions. Of his offspring, four received an AA and 1 an AAA predicate. In his ABFP, 12 offspring have now provided test results and he is still waiting for his approval based on his offspring. The stallion himself is successful in the sport. With rider Leonie Evink he competes in the Light Tour and he has also performed remarkably in harness. In 2022 he won the premier class championship for the show carriage and in 2020 the Horses2fly KFPS harness competition.
Low relative with 16.6%
Ulbe 506 was born as Tarok Ellemose at Heidi and Jørgen Jørgensen in Denmark. Coming from dam line 10, with the Grand Prix stallion Anders 451 as sire and Willy ‘fan Panhuys’ Ster Preferent (Anton 343) as dam, Ulbe 506 has a low kinship of 16.6% and is therefore one of the lowest in the breed. He has no direct influence in his pedigree from Feitse 293, Leffert 306, Jasper 366 and Reitse 272, which makes him widely applicable for breeding. As a four-year-old he was approved in 2018 with ‘much talent for all three disciplines’, as was written in his assessment report.
